Fitness DirectorJob DescriptionThe Training Manager of 10 Fitness is expected to uphold and deliver the 10 Fitness member experience via being an honest and committed individual who is patient and resilient.
They are primarily responsible for the size and quality of the personal training and level 10 program, through coaching and developing the personal training staff at each club.
They should assess companywide training needs, drive training initiatives, and arrange suitable training solutions for team members.
The Training Manager will strive to ensure a safe, fun, and interactive environment in a positive and professional manner.
Management:
Communicate daily/weekly with General Managers on all things related to sales, staff training, and changes within 10 Fitness.
Responsible for certifying, training, and auditing Level 10 for quality assuranceContinual MyZone program maintenance and continuing educationWeekly follow-ups with every General Manager regarding clubs' weekly WIG.
Ensure that managers are coaching their staff utilizing scoreboards.
Ensure that trainers are keeping clients up to date with weigh ins, measurements, and workouts via company provided software.
Conduct monthly in-club audits and review with management.
Help clubs satisfactorily pass monthly site visits via coaching and development.
Ensure that club managers and team members know how to execute the Fitness Assessment, close one-on-one personal training deals, and build value in Level 10 memberships.
Responsible for employees' CPR certification maintenanceQuota & Goal:
Responsible for achieving the company's sales goal and net goals, striving for goal each sales period (monthly)Help clubs achieve goals based on monthly KPI scores.
Help implement sales strategy with 10 Fitness management.
Qualifications /
Experience:

years one-on-one AND group training experience preferred3
years sales experience preferredBusiness management experience preferredMust be an excellent communicatorMust be a self-starterValid driver's license requiredBasic computer skills requiredCertifications / Educational Level:
High School Diploma or GED requiredNationally accredited personal training certification requiredBachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferredPhysical Requirements:
Duties of this job require the employee to regularly participate in strenuous exercises with personal trainers.
This job requires the employee to regularly drive a company vehicle to multiple locations.
Employee must occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds or moreWork Environment:
Employee will work out of all 10 Fitness locations, sometimes multiple locations per day, including the corporate office.
Employee should expect to work at least 40 hours per weekEmployee may be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts while performing duties of this jobEmployee may be exposed to higher volume levels of noise while in this environmentCompensation:
