Job Description
Position Overview:
Molex is seeking a dynamic and proactive Quality Engineer to develop and maintain the quality system for products which is consistent with corporate quality policy. This role will actively participate on product and process development projects and programs (APQP process) as the quality representative from the quality team and will provide technical support to product engineering, marketing, plants, etc.
Essential Functions:
Develop Quality System for product changes including the development of inspection methods, inspection equipment, and inspection frequency. Isolate and identify problem areas and trends in production areas
Facilitate and provide expertise in the development of FMEA's, Control Plans, Qualification Plans, etc., and process development and changes. Support and participate in the development of quality system procedures including internal auditing of procedures as a member of the internal audit team.
Perform statistical analysis for the qualification, control, and continuous improvement of processes, products, fixtures, and equipment.
Position Qualifications
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences required

years related experience in quality and lean manufacturing disciplines required.
2
years' experience in AQP or quality assurance engineering in high volume product design and manufacturing.
2
years' experience working with ISO9001:2015 or IATF16949.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Optical Engineering.
2
years' working knowledge in ISO13485.
2
years related experience in a medical manufacturing environment would be an added advantage.
Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency using tools such as FMEA, Process capability, statistical analysis. Demonstrating skills in teamwork, facilitation, and problem solving with knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) required. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
Knowledge of Statistics, DOE, Structure problem solving, 5s, Mistake-Proofing, strong organization skills to anticipate, plan, and organize self-monitored workload.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
